Refund policy

Short version: if Trailback isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of buying and we'll refund you in full.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@trailback.app within 7 days of your purchase. Write from the email address you bought with, or include your license key, so we can find your order. You don't have to give a reason, but we'd love to hear what we could do better.

What happens next

• We refund the full amount you paid, through Dodo Payments, to the card or account you paid with.
• It usually shows in your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
• Your license key stops working once the refund is made.
• Everything Trailback remembered stays on your computer, never on ours. You can delete it at any time, and uninstalling Trailback offers to delete it too.

Bought more than one license?

We can refund some or all of them. Just tell us which keys.

After 7 days

We can't offer refunds after 7 days. If something isn't working, write to us anyway. We'll do our best to fix it.
